Paul's room

This 3rd floor room is spacious and well lit. It has a full wall closet with multi bifold door access . Plenty of closet space. The view is from 3 plus stories high looking out into a backyard meadow . You will have your own spacious private bathroom and would be sharing the common areas with me inclusive of kitchen, den, living room,dining room and laundry area. The property is a 3 story Cape Cod style home with a fantastic wrap around porch and packed with seasonal foliage including grapes, Elephant ears , seasonal edible greens and lots of gorgeous flowers. I have lived here for over 7 years and the neighborhood is wonderful. Walkers, runners, cyclists and wildlife fill the environment regularly. Historic downtown Duluth and the Chattahoochee river are within walking distance along with Publix, Walgreens, Sprouts ,Lidel, Chipotle, Waffle House and more. Power, water, natural gas, high speed internet and trash pick up are all included in monthly rate. Recyclables will go in provided bin.

I am a young at heart 57 year of age man who operates mostly from home and enjoys a pretty low key environment after having been a caregiver to two parents for over the last 7 plus years. I have a very diverse background and have rarely met a “stranger”. I am a down to earth individual and very in touch with my surroundings and close with my neighbors. I am able to provide some furnishings for the room if someone is interested.
