Matt's room

Our current roommate is relocating out of state and we are looking for a reliable, working professional or student. Bedroom with your own bathroom (used occasionally by a house guest) available in a three-bedroom house close to Cal Lutheran University. You will be living with 2 other people (a couple) and have full access to kitchen, living room, laundry & backyard. Parking on the street. No pets. Utilities are split between roommates and not included in the rent. Rental is on a month to month basis, with the intent of you staying at least through June 2023.

We are both very active - hiking, biking, fitness & all things outdoors! I am a personal trainer & health coach who works from home. Mikaela is a traveling entrepreneur who partially works from home. We are clean, easy-going. We both don’t drink so we’re looking for someone who can add value to our home & is in alignment with our lifestyle.
