Ochuole's room

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, in a 3rd flr walk up that’s set back from the road, peaceful and quiet. The common area is an open floor plan and there’s a wonderful little balcony as well. There’s plenty of parking out front, great amenities like a washer and dryer unit in the apartment and a gym and pool near the leasing office. There’s also a car care area for washing and vacuuming your vehicle at your convenience!

We are two young professional women who work a typical 9-5, Monday-Friday schedule. There are two small male dogs in the apartment and so we are at capacity for pets! They are hypoallergenic and very sweet and friendly so, must love dogs! We’re respectful, quiet and very clean! We are looking for an equally clean, quiet and respectful young woman to come be our roomie! Must provide a background check, references, 3 months worth of paystubs and pay the deposit as well as first month’s rent to move in. Rent will be prorated from the move in date. Must also be willing to sign a sublease agreement! No pets and no kids.
