I am renting out the massive basement of a 3-bedroom, 3000 sqft house in a very nice north Raleigh neighborhood. The huge studio-like space has a fireplace, window, wet bar w/ sink, and your own French double-door access that leads straight out to the driveway to your car. You also have your very own full bathroom.

The photos labeled TMLS are of the basement!! Some people thought it was the living room.

There’s plenty of office space on the first floor if you WFH or are studying.

Kitchen and living room are public spaces for shared use.

There’s also a second floor deck and garden for outdoor relaxation.

Located between Falls of Neuse and Capital Blvd, ~15 mins to downtown Raleigh.

I am an engineer who enjoys a stable, relaxing lifestyle and hope you are the same! Most of my time is spent working the yard and playing video games. I live on the second floor with an extremely nice, quiet couple.
