Hello, We have (2) separate rooms for rent for $1200 each we’re looking for a roommate to share our home with. You do have your own room fully furnished #(1) room has a 55 inch TV and # (2) room with a 65 inch TV with a shared bathroom upstairs in a two-story home. There is an amazing pool that overlooks the city. If you are a nursing or med student you are most welcome to stay with us. We’re looking for one person in each room male or female preferably male with no kids or animals. Please come check out our beautiful home 10 minutes from Loma Linda VA hospital, near the 215 freeway and the 10 freeway and Reche Canyon Estate in Colton.

Both rooms are very roomy, nicely decorate and very nice space and spacious bathroom with double sinks. Newly renovated and upgraded bathrooms huge kitchen, pool table, amazing pool and a theater room too. The true one stop fun times in the Summer time home and resort style living.
