This property is located in fair Oaks Village. Brooks Village is a wonderful little historic of Fair Oaks. It is very close to Redbridge, and the American River bike Trail. It is right next to a park, the amphitheater, fair Oaks brewpub, Stockman club, players, Shangri-La, lots of little coffee shops. It is a very desirable neighborhood.

About me, I am a 28-year-old female. I work full-time at a school.wake up early on the weekdays to walk my German Shepherd before work, I love hiking and I live a very active lifestyle. I also have an indoor cat. He cannot get out. I like to keep my apartment very clean. I am looking for female roommate I was not bringing furniture really outside bedroom furniture. I am looking for someone who is respectful. And knows how to communicate well. We will share a bathroom. I don’t really cook very much. I occasionally have an overnight guest once or twice a week. (My room) i go out occasionally on the weekends. I like to play music in my room while I’m getting ready or doing stuff, and I’m Looking for someone who doesn’t care or isn’t home all the time so this won’t bother them, I’m looking for someone who’s OK with this, I like to watch TV out in the living room. I’m looking for someone who is going to settle in quickly. I am looking for a professional not a college student. No couples, no children. Please don’t bring any pets. (MAYBE a cat, my Dog loves cats) Anything I can do OF COURSE you can do -, so listen to your music watch TV be comfortable be at home. Have a guest over. Cook, feel like your stuff is safe. know that my dog is keeping you safe lol. I’m open to being friends but if you want to just chill in your room that’s fine too. Also we will have to share a parking spot. We’ll have to switch off. There is plenty of street parking and guest parking.
