Looking for a graduate student or working professional for a housemate who is fully responsible for cleaning, keeping organized and picking up after themselves. Rent is $1,200/month (due on the 1st of every month) and includes utilities (gas, water, waste, electricity, and internet). You will have your own private room and bathroom, with access to a shared kitchen and dining area. On site washer and dryer. Neighborhood is excellent and quite when studying for exams. Street parking is available, will save you time and money instead of parking on campus. There will be a 6 or 12 month lease/rental agreement with a security deposit ($1,000 due before move in date) will be renewed every 6 or 12 months. Will need proof of income (recent 6 months), class schedule, and 3 references.
