Hello! Liz and I are searching for someone to occupy what has been our spare room/office in our 2-story townhouse. The room is on the second floor and comes furnished with the desk and bed. Decorations can stay if desired. You will be the first roommate to occupy the room so everything is clean and unused! The bed is brand new. The utilities and wifi are also included! The location is great and located within the gated community of The Fountains Country Club. It is minutes from Keiser University, minutes from PBSC, and minutes from FAU. The turnpike is less than a mile away. Great restaurants and activities are in the area. Several nice community pools are a stone throw away. A sports complex is on property if interested and recreation parks with water sports are across the street. The house consists of Liz and I. We are employed students. $800/month + $800 deposit
