The prospective tenant will be renting out one unfurnished bedroom and will be sharing a bathroom with one other person on this level. The bedroom and carpet have been thoroughly cleaned.

The prospective tenant will be sharing (kitchen and laundry) the home with two other person, currently occupying the lower basement level.
