Hi! The bedroom poster is one of the bedrooms. I sleep in another bedroom with a king bed, I’m willing to move the king bed into the bedroom pictured since my treadmill and dresser is in that room. The Queen bed pictured I’m open to you using. If you don’t need it, I can move it out into one of the other bedrooms. In the living room picture, there’s a TV sitting on the coffee table, which is my son’s and it will be moved out this Sunday. In the kitchen, there is a small microwave on the kitchen stand, which will be loved when my son moves too.

I’m a professional female in my early 40’s. I currently rent a three-bedroom/1-bathroom home, with an attached garage, which has stored items inside it (the garage has room left in it for some light storage if needed or a seating area), a fenced backyard, and a shed in the backyard, near Downtown Overland Park, KS.

I am searching for a roommate to finish out my current lease, which doesn’t renew until June 2023. (If it works out together, I wouldn’t be opposed to extending the lease. We can determine this as the time gets closer.)

My son is moving out Sunday, August 7th, and he will be taking his dog. However, he and his well-behaved & loving dog will visit from time to time. The monthly amount of $1100 would be half the rent and the other monthly bills. I’m looking to fill this room as soon as possible. The first month of rent is due upfront.

I have a bedroom with a shared bathroom available. I have an extra queen-size bed available if you would like to use it. If you don’t have use for it, I can move it into the bedroom my son is moving out of. The house overall is furnished. My home is clean and safe. I am looking for someone who is friendly, low on drama, and has a positive outlook on life.

Available: high-speed internet, utilities, washer/dryer use, yard care during the summer, trash, driveway parking, use of kitchen/all utensils/grill/etc.

My home’s location is centrally located near Downtown Overland Park with plenty of coffee/food/grocery options nearby. You can get downtown/Westport/the Plaza/etc. - basically anywhere in 20 minutes or so. The neighborhood is safe and I have good neighbors. South Lake Park is around the corner, which is great if you like to fish, or you would like a trail to walk/run.

While facing the back door, the neighbor to the left passed away. Her son comes over every couple of weeks to take care of the yard and other things around the house. The neighbor to the right has a privacy fence, the neighbor to the back, you can barely see due to their yard being so big and some tree foliage. The neighbor across the street from my driveway is an awesome guy. Super friendly, keeps to himself. A couple of my other neighbors who I know are really great. They keep an eye out in the neighborhood.
