I am 30 years old and I enjoy going to the gym, going to restaurants/ bars, staying active, and hanging out with friends. I will occasionally have friends over and don’t mind if you do either. I’m pet friendly and have a 14 lb dog who is the sweetest. She is very quiet and laid back, so your dog can live here too if they have a similar temperament.
