Hi, I am looking to get a roommate (FEMALE preferred and NO COUPLES) to share my condo with in Fairfax, VA (near fairfax circle) starting September/ October 1st (but can be earlier if need be) for $1200/month, utilities included. I am looking for someone who’s friendly/ social, clean, and respectful. The place is furnished but your room isn’t.

About the space: You would have your own bedroom as well as a bathroom, living room and kitchen access, w/d in unit, parking pass, and pool pass. It is very close to the metro (1.5 miles away) and there is also a bus stop at the condo complex. There are a bunch of shops/ restaurants/ grocery stores nearby. I am a 26 year old professional and am looking for someone around my age, and since we would be in such close quarters it’s really important to me that we get along and could hopefully even be friends. Must be willing to sign a lease, pay for a background check, pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit, and pay a holding deposit for all of the things i would give you like parking pass, pool pass, keys etc that you would get back when you return them once you move out (since they cost a lot to be replaced).

I enjoy going to the gym, going to restaurants/ bars, staying active, and hanging out with friends. I enjoy having friends over on the weekends so it would be cool if you could join us or at least didn’t mind it. I work 50- 60 hours a week (primarily from home but I will be having to go into the office a few days a week soon). I’m pet friendly and have a 14 lb dog who is the sweetest, is very quiet and laid back, so your dog can live here too if they have a similar temperament. It will be an extra 50/month for a pet (and only one since there is a 2 pet limit in my building).
