Northeast Dogwood Street

This spot is the end unit of a triplex near Orenco Elementary, and 6 minutes from Ronler Acres. Its within walking distance of a coffee shop, a bar, and a couple of restaurants, as well as two different parks (see Orenco Station). I’m looking for someone who wants to create space where they feel comfortable and happy. The room has its own bathroom and closet. Washer/Dryer in unit. The yard is a little lack luster, But I’ve planted some strawberries, and raspberries. If you were to move in, you’d have to hop on a month to month lease with the property management.

More than anything, I enjoy sitting in a coffee shop drawing for hours. I enjoy spray painting, woodworking, chess, and a unpredictable movie. I have asperations to buy some property one day and grow a food forest. Sometimes I eat edibles at night to sleep. I only drink every once in a while socially. You will also be sharing the space with many house plants.
