Newly refurbished townhouse in a great location in south Mount Pleasant. Townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, but the large master bedroom with its own private bathroom is available for rent. Townhouse is freshly painted in a neutral color, has all new flooring throughout, new bathrooms, new white kitchen cabinets and new appliances! There’s a great fenced in patio. Utilities are in addition to rent, and will be split 3 ways: water, electric, garbage and internet. One year lease minimum, can move in ASAP! The townhouse has a community pool, and tennis and basketball courts. No students, Non smoking please.

We are 29 year old professional females- one interior designer who works 9-5, one flight attendant. We are looking for someone similar (professional, non student) to move in! We are quiet and clean, but also social and like to have fun. Also living in the townhouse is one small, non-shedding Bichon who is super friendly. Unfortunately we are only allowed one pet, so no other pets are allowed. We just moved in 2 weeks ago are are still unpacking and decorating. We have the smaller bedrooms and share a bathroom. We are looking for someone to move into the master bedroom that has a private bathroom.
