Highland Street

The entire apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a porch and small backyard that is shared. There is no smoking in the apartment, smoking is allowed on the porch. I can rent the room out as furnished or unfurnished, just let me know what you prefer before hand. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Jackson Square T & Bus Station and It’s about a 20 minute walk to Ruggles. The apartment doesn’t have its own parking, but there is street parking all around the area with spots usually available. The area around the apartment is very nice also. There’s a community garden right next to our building and a playground/baseball field/basketball courts close by. The closest grocery store is Stop & Shop and it’s about a 12 minute walk from the apartment. There is a bodega that is about 3 minutes walking for snacks and whatnot.

I am a 34yo professional chef that works quite a lot. I expect who ever to move in to be clean in the common areas and respectful of others space & schedules.
