Looking to add a third person to our NW Reno house, close to UNR (10 minute drive or bike ride to campus), perfect for a grad student or young professional. The house is 3bd/2ba, and the available room is the largest one, with an ensuite 3/4 bath. The house is owner-occupied, well maintained, and includes wall-to-wall carpet in all rooms except the kitchen/dining room, comfortable furniture, and very private fenced front and back yards with mature trees. Parking is available on-street or in the driveway/garage. Rent includes all utilities, including high-speed wifi great for remote work or study.

I am a 2nd-year male PhD student in Hydrology at UNR, and my other housemate for this year is a male graduate student in NRES. We will prioritize keeping a clean and well-maintained house, and quiet/respectful work-from-home conditions should be the norm. We’re also happy to entertain a bit and host social activities from time to time. Neither of us have pets currently, but I may adopt a cat this year. Other pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
