This is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. I have a cat and would prefer you don’t have any animals. I have some furnishings if you need, we can figure that out as needed. You’d have private room (with walk in closet) and bathroom. laundry is in unit. The rest of the unit is furnished and would be shared common space. There is an onsite gym and multiple pools. You’ll have to go through the apartments leasing process (employment verification, background check, credit check).

I am a 24yr old female. I bartend and work different hours. Have a cat that is super chill and acts like a dog. I am the only one currently in the apartment.
