Furnished room in new house in Wedgefield Plantation in Georgetown. There is a bathroom directly adjacent to the room that will essentially be your own. Rent includes all utilities and internet. Someone who is clean and responsible is a must. I will be away much of the time so the tenant will have the entire home to themselves many nights out of the week. I’m willing to be flexible regarding the length of lease. Fine with you having company over; I’m super sociable myself!
