The area is super safe and quiet. Neighbors watch out for one another. Close to Assembly Mall Somerville, Wegmans, Marshall’s and more. The Chevalier theater is walking distance so avoid the $30 parking fee!! Saw Cheap Trick pre Covid and it was pretty great. Excellent sound system. Close to hospital, across street is Urgent Care 7 am - 10 pm. We have a state of the art new library also walking distance. MBTA buses in Sq. 5-7 minutes away.

All working professionals here and occasionally grad students, Tufts etc. Ages range 24 - 60. We have 2 cats and can’t have more unfortunately. The cats are on top floor of the house normally. 2 half bathrooms additional to the 2 full. Very spacious home and we strictly follow Covid as well as super cleaning. Use less bleach and more of the safer cleaning products for all whom are sensitive to products.
