I’m in need of a roommate! Cost of living is going through the roof.  Spacious Master bedroom with bathroom attached. Rent is $1,150 which includes water sewer and electric. Room is furnished with a queen Bed and dresser. My Home is Fully furnished I’ve been living here for 7 years so I pretty much have everything you would need in a place. You have full range of living room dining room including fridge, stove and microve. Outside patio, jacuzzi, pool, work out area is on complex premises. I have pets so a Small dog or cat is welcomed, but must be potty trained. I am a single parent so I would like someone who has respect for the family environment. No couples sorry. When not at work I love to cook, listen to music, go hiking, watch some TV, maybe catch a few Zzz’s, I would love if the new room mate liked to workout cause I really have the urge to find a work out buddy. . Myself and my kiddo. We really have a great bond so I hope who ever comes along if you are antisocial it’s ok. But if you would like to hang out with us we’re all for it as well we love going different places
