Hello! My roommate is moving back home and I’m looking for someone to take over her room! Apartment is clean, partially furnished (she’s going to be taking some living room furniture), and in a great location. 15 min from downtown Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad Village. There is in-unit washer and dryer, a small pool + fitness center, and new carpet put in last year. Rent is around $1200 per roommate.

I am 25 looking for someone similar in age who wants a clean, chill space to come home to. If you’re loud, up at all hours, etc. it won’t be a good fit. If you’re OCD about cleanliness, like to have a good time but can balance work life, and are respectful of neighbors/roommates then this might be the place for you.
