My roommate and I are now looking for a third female rommate for our 3 bed 3 bath apartment. The lease is from 17 September 2022 to September 2023. The rent is $850 without utilities. We estimate the utilities come out to $80-$100 per person every month.
The apt built in 2022 comes with private balcony, in unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, spacious closets…
We are chill, open-minded and tidy. We would love to find similar people.

I’m Graphic Design sophomore in Drexel University and the other roomate is junior majoring in Business. We are all from Vietnam. We’re home people that love cooking! Also we’re also tidy and quite introvert persons!
