The house is in a quite neighborhood. Has a spacious backyard, a shed for extra storage. The room is a decent size with a good amount of closet space. Bathroom upstairs is shared with everyone in the house, but there is a half bathroom downstairs that can be used as well. The house does have an alarm system. The room that is being rented is downstairs.
About the roomies
The house is owned by 2 guys. Both are in the US Navy. We own 2 dogs, a German Shepard and shihpoo. The German Shepard is a outside dog and then shihpoo is an indoor dog. Both are trained.
