I have a 1 bedroom studio available. Rent is $1800 per month all utilities included. There is a minimum of 12 months lease stay.

Amenities included: private laundry room, private full bathroom, kitchen area, private entrance, bonus room/closet, central air, and some storage space.

Walking distance to Whittwood Town Center. Shops included but not limited too: Target, CVS, Ulta, Amazon Fresh, Sprouts, Sephora, Vons, 24 hour fitness and much more.

Currently the guest house is under renovations with new updates. We are anticipating for the guest house to be between by early September. Move in date is tentative.

We are requiring a deposit, first and last months rent. We will also be running a background check.
