This is a great little house for sharing! Furnished or unfurnished bedroom, depending on your needs. The bedroom is the largest in our three bedroom, one bath house. All utilities are included with rent, including high speed WiFi. Front loading washer and dryer available, soap, etc. provided. Dishwasher in kitchen, soap provided. All toilet paper, paper towels, misc. cleaners provided. Relatively quiet neighborhood. On street parking w/security lights. The home is conveniently located in town, 5-10 minutes from EVERYTHING. No drugs, to include 420 on the property. No firearms/illegal weapons, etc. No under 21 girlfriends/boyfriends. Basically, be an adult.

Easygoing couple, 49m/47f Social drinkers, NO 420. We have two cats, prefer no more pets here. We are mellow, cook most of our meals at home, enjoy riding motorcycles, and have an extra bike for the right candidate.
