Double bedroom and bath for rent in townhome shared just with me.

Hi! I am offering a private double/full bedroom and bathroom in my home, with shared access (with me) to the rest of the house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The home is 2 story, around 1670 sq. ft. The furniture in the pictures is not current.

I am open to pets who are well mannered and get along with my dog and cat. My Labrador retriever is a retired service dog and very sweet, and my cat has an attitude, but both are easy enough to live with. The unit has a small yard.

I am a 27-year-old professional woman. I am a Christian and attend an evangelical church on Sundays, as well as small group weekly. My faith informs my lifestyle. I hold fairly traditional values and am quiet, respectful, and kind. This is a calm, quiet house.

I have lived with live-in landlords before and know how that can go poorly and well. I would aim to communicate openly and have reasonable expectations of someone doing their fair share of communication/cleaning, but also would hope they feel it’s a relaxed/comfortable environment.
