Furnished room in main house shares a bath (In-law cottage open on 1 Sep). Located in West McKinney with utilities and food included. Rent may be off-set by house cleaning and light duty ranch work. Must be able to walk 100 yds w/o supplemental oxygen and lift 50 lbs. We’d appreciate help from an able-bodied “vivacious” person (look it up!). Park-like setting w/ free-range animals and deep pond hazards for children. Couples and large dogs discouraged. Conservative area w/ a Bear dog and Coon hound that are real nice unless you’re one of “those”. CALL Tina.
