Please read this post in its entirety. I have lived all over LA and this has been my favorite apartment. Right near the water, I hear sea lions at night and super close to the beach. Furnished room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment at the end of Panay Way. The room comes with a bed, dresser, and nightstand. Open to removing all or some of the furniture out if you have your own. We are on the second floor and your room gets a lot of natural light. Your bathroom is next to your bedroom and has both a shower and bathtub. THIS IS A 3-6 MONTH SUBLET WITH OPTION FOR LONG TERM. We are looking for a permanent roommate but the sublet period will allow for both sides to get to know each other before being put on the lease.

Steps to your future apartment

2. Come see the apartment.
3. If both sides are vibing sign a sublet agreement.
4. $2500 to move in, 1st months rent plus $1000 refundable security deposit
5. Move in, enjoy the view.

Desk, computer, and office stuff will be removed prior to you moving in.

Future Roommate: Female in her mid-30’s. Works as an insurance manager for a dental group. Splits her time between the office and working from home. Passionate about food, art, and loves to do wine and cheese game nights. Social drinker but not a party animal, 420 friendly but no hard drugs. She has an amazing Pomeranian so no other pets are permitted. You: Down-to-earth, friendly, clean, respectful, and responsible. I hate having to state the obvious but pays their bills on time and doesn’t bring drama home. Hopefully someone social but never brings the party home. Doesn’t matter if you go to the office or work from home. The room is for one female only, no couples. It’s ok to have a significant other just as long as they don’t stay over every night or feel like a 3rd roommate.
