Amy's room

You would have the full basement as your own. Family room area with gas fireplace, full bathroom, and bedroom, all downstairs. Of course full access to the kitchen and swimming pool. Privacy fenced backyard. Lots of flowers and plants. I live on the west side of Wichita, near 13th and 119th.

It’s just me (female, 49yoa) and my cats and dogs (so you must be an animal lover with no pet allergies!). I’m attending WSU for my social work degree. Planning to WFH once I get things lined up. I like to keep my house clean and in order, but I’m not meticulous or OCD. I’m laidback and try not to take life too seriously. I don’t expect a roommate to be my bestie, but I’m totally cool with hanging out together around the pool. Don’t let my age fool you. I’m not an old stick-in-the-mud fuddy duddy!
