Female roommate only- This is a beautiful townhouse on the East side of Bend next to the hospital and On Tap with 2 master bedrooms (with lots of natural light) that each have their own private full bathroom upstairs and a large closet space for each. There is a large living room, dining room and kitchen with tons of natural light and a peaceful open space. It is fully furnished downstairs including a television, a very large comfy couch, coffee table, and dining room table. There is a half bath downstairs as well. The second bedroom will be completely empty by the beginning of April, but I do have an extra bed frame if you needed it. There is a front lawn, but it is not fenced in. There is a large garage that I use for storage for outdoor gear and anything else (it has plenty of extra room for your storage as well). There is one parking spot and plenty of street parking. Rent is $875 each not including utilities. We pay for power, gas and wifi. Rent may go up with the renewal of the lease! Move in date is September 1st and the lease ends in March. The property management company just requires someone with a good credit score, you would need to fill out an application ($50), and provide proof of employment/income. No couples and no kids please.

A little bit about me: I am a 26 year old female with a beautiful 2 year old puppy named Zora. She is an incredibly special dog with lots of love and snuggles to give. She is potty trained, listens well and loves people/other dogs. If you have a dog, they just have to be registered as an emotional support animal to live here! I like to keep the house clean in the shared living space downstairs. I have a washer and dryer already in the unit. I like to have game nights, girls nights and potlucks at my house. During the weeks, I usually like to wind down in a more quiet environment where we can watch movies and have the occasional glass of wine. I surround myself with friends and people often. I love cooking with roommates and being social, but I do enjoy my alone time every so often to decompress. I don’t consider myself much of a homebody; I’m an active and social person who loves to be outside on hikes or in the river with my puppy if I’m not at work. I do prefer someone with the same lifestyle. I also prefer a female roommate. I primarily work from home as a real estate agent, but I do have part time jobs at local breweries/restaurants as well.
