Tasnia's room

Hello! This is located in Westbury, NY. The apartment listed features one private 11’4“x13’10“ bedroom with a big walk-in closet, one shared bathroom, in-unit washing and dryer, a huge kitchen, dining, and living area, and a spacious balcony with a great view of the area. Everything except for the bedroom will be furnished. The rent includes the base rent, utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, maintenance, pest control, renter’s insurance, wifi, cable), amenities (pool, bbq, lounge, movie theatre, gym, club suite/business center, amazon hub), parking, and pets if you have any. Most of the apartment residents here are high-level employees or students studying at Hofstra, Adelphi, NYU, or LIU. This is a secured area so there will be patrolling every night to ensure the security of the residents living here.

It is quite central and everything is quite close by. Everything including transportation (LIRR, MTA), Grocery (Target, Costco, Ranch Market, Foodbazar), Household shops (Homedepot, Walmart), and Shopping Areas (Roosevelt Field Mall, The Gallery) is just a 5 min drive or 10-minute walk at max.

The deposit includes a $250 security deposit and one month advance which will be used as a hold to confirm room and stay. This will be given back at the end of stay or can be used towards the rent.

There will be 2 additional female roommates, myself included.

Roommate 1: Me, Taz. I’m a sophomore double majoring in Finance and Pol Sci with a dual minor in Psychology and Comp Sci. I stay in school most of the time and also work there. Outside of that, I love cooking, playing with my neighbors’ pets, and visiting the city during weekends. I am great at respecting boundaries and am super friendly so always here to offer a hand if needed.

Roommate 2: Jill. She is pursuing a master’s degree in education at LIU and works full-time. She enjoys doting on animals and will likely do so if she happens upon one. She’s a huge fan of Trader Joe’s, too.

Both roommates are friendly, great at respecting boundaries, clean, and respectful of each other’s belongings.
