Two bedroom, two full bath smoke free apartment for sublease for a short stay until the lease is up at the end of November, my husband and I just bought a home looking to move into the home by mid-August will discuss splitting bills and rent if need be, serious and RESPONSIBLE tenants only!

The property is semi-private and has strict rules against smoking and drug use, and no pets, as we did not have pets in the apartment, located downtown Plainfield, close to major shopping and a major highway, and the tenants range from college-age to older, and newer property built in the last two years, modern loft feel, the apartment has two balconies located in the master, and in the living room, hardwood floors, high ceilings, property has a dog park, and vallet trash pick-up everyday except the weekends. Only downside the property does not have a pool.
