Adrian's room

We offer a room in a residential place in San Mateo (San Francisco bay). The 3br house has laundry in unit, the kitchen has all the utilities. The tenant will share the bathroom just with one person. There is a garage and a large garden. The house is very bright light and all the rooms are spacious (including the room available). The room is unfinished but it already has a wardrobe. If you would like to see some pictures just let me know. You will have to pay one month as a deposit.
