Tessa's room

Clean, well-maintained, around a 7 minute walk to UVM, in-unit laundry, off-street parking. Three bedrooms, two baths. The room that is available is large and sunny, on the second floor, with a shared bath.

I have an opportunity to move out of state so I am looking to sublet for the remainder of the lease, which expires around May 25. I’ll be moved out by August 22nd. In addition to myself, two female roommates live here, both recent UVM graduates. They are easy-going, tidy, and quiet. One tiny dog and two cats also live here, all very friendly and well-behaved. My roommates will be looking for someone who is clean and responsible.
