I own a 3 bedroom home with a large quiet back yard. I’m looking for a housemate to help share expenses. I can provide a furnished or unfurnished room (your choice). You’d have your own bathroom. Most Pets are welcome - will be on individual basis. My home is very close to Red Rocks and there’s easy close access to 285 (to take you downtown) and 470 and I70 (directly into the mountains). Many hiking trails close by. I have 4 kayaks and you’d be welcome to use them - chatfield reservoir and bear lake are super close. Looking for someone easy going, clean, respectful and a good communicator. Utilities - we can discuss how this will happen. I’m fairly flexible about it.

I’m single. Very socially active. Not home much. I do ultrasound, so I do not work from home. I’m easy going and drama free. I love to ski, kayak, hike, camp and happy hour!
