Private, unfurnished bedroom and bathroom on second floor in townhouse, right off of Woodruff Rd and the 385/85 junction! I do have a spare full-sized bed frame welcome to be used if needed. Includes one uncovered parking spot in driveway. Great location and beautiful neighborhood that also has a walking trail. All utilities and fees included in rent (electric, water, gas, internet, HOA fee), so you know exactly how much you will pay each month with no variation! Pro-rated first month’s rent if moving in the middle of a month. I would like to rent 6-12 months at a time, but am open to renewing for a longer stay if needed.

I work full-time from home so I would prefer to rent to someone who does not work remotely. I am pretty much 50/50 in and out of the house on weekends. I am pretty laid back, and am down to make a friend and socialize but also appreciate my alone time. I enjoy being outdoors, going downtown for a drink, or just laying around watching tv/movies! I do have a cat who is super sweet and loves people, but I would prefer not to take in any other pets from roommates. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful.
