All utilities included in the rental cost: central air/heat, internet, water. Unfurnished bedroom in a two story home. We are working professionals living in our home, we have 3 restrooms, 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, able to use kitchen and storage space. Very nice and quiet area; close to highways and stores. Preferably for one person with stable income, no pets.

My fiance and me are looking for someone that is responsible to rent one of the rooms. Prefer someone that is looking for long term renting. Please no smoking/alcohol, no guests. For the restroom we ask that you clean it once a week. For the kitchen we ask that you clean up after every use. Text me for any serious interests.
