About the home: Excellent location in SOCO Walk South of Commonwealth district. A beautiful 3 story town home 1500ish square feet 4 bedrooms 3 full baths in downtown Fullerton. Many restaurants, shops, and entertainment are within walking distance. Metrolink station, Costco, In-N-Out Burger, Lee’s Sandwiches, Chick-fil-A, UFC gym, Chuze Fitness Gym, 24hr Fitness, AMC dine in theater, and so much more. This location is a very pedestrian friendly area everything is within a mile or two. Cal State Fullerton University is 2 miles away Fullerton College is less than a mile away.

About the room: The room that is up for rent is one of the dual master bedroom on the 3rd floor. It has its own private bathroom with a stand up shower tub combo and a spacious closet. The room has plenty of windows with lots of natural light pouring in. The washer and dryer unit are also located on the 3rd floor.

About you: I’m looking for a working professional or student dedicated to graduating. More importantly, I’m looking for someone that has always got along with their past roommates as well as all the people around them. I’m also looking for someone that has common sense and is respectful of the living space and of others.

Proof of financial responsibility will need to be shown. A credit/criminal check required to secure room, 1st month’s rent due upon move-in. A security deposit is of 800 dollars and rent is 950 dollars a month and that includes full kitchen access water, trash, and internet. The electricity bill would be split 3 ways.

No 420, no drugs, no pets, no party animals, no drama/excessive negativity , no messy people, no couples, no overnight guests, single person occupancy only, and no illegal acts of any kind.

My brother is a LVN and attending college. I’m in my 30s working full time and enjoys living an active life style. We’re easy going, sociable and family oriented. We have our sisters and their kids come over from time to time. So we’re looking to add another roommate that will fit in with us.
