I’m looking for a roommate to move in a private spacious room with bath in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a beautiful gated community in Irvine starting August 20th for 15 month lease. Rent per head will be- approx. $1600+ utilities. It has a balcony and in unit washer/dryer along with all other amenities like 2 parking spots, central AC/heating, trash pick up service, gym, pool etc. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to a shopping complex and 3 minutes drive to the Marketplace.

Little bit about me! I’m 27 y/o, UCI graduate working full time remotely. I like having low key weekdays and keeping the house clean and organized. Don’t mind having some movie/ party/ meal night weekends with the roommate. Respectful of shared spaces, fine with guests and occasional get togethers!
