Looking for a roommate to fill in the extra room in my apartment. The bathroom is shared, but you will get a room that connects to the back patio for personal use. I understand everyone’s family circumstances are different and am open to considering single parents who have their kids visit. The common area and kitchen is fully furnished. The apartment complex includes a pool and gym. The apartment is close to the 15 and 10 fwys, and you get the reserved parking spot close to the apartment unit. You get your own washer and dryer too.

I’m a Cyber Security Consultant that works from home. I’m home pretty often, and live a pretty relaxed life. I will be out of town sometimes when visiting my girlfriend. She visits on the weekends sometimes, but with a new roommate that frequency will go down in order to respect boundaries and i’ll just go to her. I drink and smoke but only on the weekends, and don’t mind smoking at all but I do mind drinking during the week. I understand we all have different lives, I don’t mind if you have a significant other or kids that stay on the weekends a couple times a month. Guests are fine as long as they are not over too late & not staying overnight during the week.
