Maria's room

Our home is a three story townhouse, located in Kempsville. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Town Center, 20 minutes from NOB and little creek. Near numerous parks and shopping areas. The home has HVAC with allergen filters. There are 2 bathrooms, so if you don’t want to share, this should be no issue.

If you don’t like cats, this probably isn’t the place for you. My boyfriend and I, who are in our mid-twenties, live here. We have three SUPER friendly cats, as well one dog. I’m a contractor on base, he’s active duty. Overall we’re pretty laid back but don’t drink. If you do, that’s fine, we have a really neat wine fridge you might enjoy! Something to know about us is that we are both are friendly, but also relatively introverted/ homebodies.
