My house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath with a big backyard. It’s located close to I-35 & Western Center in N. Fort Worth. The neighborhood is quite and in a good area. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. The unfurnished bedroom is 13’4“ x 11’ and has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The house is 1,650 sq. ft. I have Fiber optic internet and DirecTV. I’m a 54 year old Christian male. I keep my house clean and the yard taken care of. I’m a business professional who works 7-4, M-F and am usually gone 1 weekend a month. I’m respectful of others and expect the same in return. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

I am looking for ONE person to rent the room. . No couples, no pets. No smokers. Would prefer a female roommate, but not a must.
