This home is a two-story, 4-bedroom home in a gated community. Two rooms are available for non-smokers. Included with costs: home security system, utilities, and internet. About 5 minute drive time to 15-Fwy.

Garage space is available (storage or parking) for both rooms for additional fee.

Unfurnished Room (144 sq. ft.): this room is available on the second floor. You get your own bathroom. $1,100.00/monthly (garage not included); $1,200.00/monthly (1-car space in garage).

Unfurnished Master Bedroom (182 sq. ft.): You get your own full bathroom. This room is available on the second floor. Security Deposit: $1,400.00/monthly (garage not included); $1,500.00/monthly (1-car space in garage)

Available Sept. 15, 2022. Year-to-year lease. Requirements: Background check, proof of income, 3 personal references (landlord, work, or personal). Must be able to get along with other roommates.
