About the room
Quiet single family house in nice neighborhood with yard and garage. Fully furnished house and kitchen. Linens and towels included. Laundry on premises. 1 GB Fiber internet. TV in living room, but we do not have cable/satellite. Netflix, etc available with your own account. Bathroom will be shared and features shower/tub. Each room has a large closet. All floors are tile with new area rugs. Bed will be queen / full bed, nightstand, lamp and chair. One room as wall mount for TV (which can be removed upon request). Brand new mattresses, pillows and sheets. Spacious living room. Covered patio with furniture.
About the roomies
Owners may or may not be in the house. Master bedroom is reserved for the owners. This may change and can be negotiable. We will make two rooms available for two tenants. Pets might be negotiable.
