Hi! I’m look for someone to rent a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a recently re-modeled home in East Nashville. The home is 3 bed, 3.5 bathrooms and has a pre-furnished kitchen/ living/ and washer/dryer. Home is walking distance from a coffee shop, brewery, and park and kroger/publix are about a 5 minute drive.

I have one roommate at the moment who is continuing her lease for the upcoming year. She is very chill and mostly keeps to herself/ stays in her room when home. The second roommate (also a girl) is new to the house.
