The home has 10 beds and 5 baths in almost 5000 feet. Come spread out and relax. Roommates have full kitchen access, and there are onsite laundry machines. All utilities paid, including the internet. There is a large backyard for lounging and BBQing. Cheap rent for those with decent credit and a job or a demonstrated ability to pay. This is a roommate situation. We must all be “Sympatico.”

No illegal drug users or inside marijuana or cigarette smoking. The available room has a semi-private bath, shared with one other room. This is a good situation for retirees on a fixed income and active and retired military. The landlord prefers a 6-month minimum lease term. The room rents for $625.00 a month.
