Whitney Avenue

Hello, I am looking for a (F) roommate, drug-free (including weed!) non-smoker, to co-apply for an apartment at 507 Whitney Ave. To avoid copyright problems, I choose not to attach any pictures here. But you can get more information about the apartment on either apartment.com or rent.com websites. Each month’s rent is $1450 with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, including heat and hot water, but not electricity & wifi. The ideal start date is around Sep. 1st, a 12-month lease. I plan to set $775 for the large bedroom and $675 for the small bedroom, but I am not sure if the manager would request us to pay equally. You can choose first, I do not mind choosing either of them. I am going to go to the leasing office in person next week and I will tell you as soon as possible about the application process and result.

I am Linqi, currently working at the Holyoke Medical Center. I work from Monday to Friday, most of the other time will stay home, sleeping, reading books, and cooking. I do not smoke, do not do drugs, and do not have pets. I am quiet, liking cooking for myself though I am not good at it! Please let me you if you have any questions about me or the apartment.
