House sits on Alta Vista Country Club golf course with large patio view of course. Will have own full bath that may be shared if there are guests. One-story house is 1300 square feet with full access to kitchen, garage for car, central air/heating, and laundry. House equipped with cable for TV and internet. Hardwood floors throughout. Quiet neighborhood with golf course view.

Looking for a friendly, CLEAN, sociable female and okay with cats to share 1300 sq foot home with our 88-year-old mom. Housekeeping comes once a month to clean entire house. Background check and references required. Tenant needs to have own transportation. No overnight guests without prior agreement with host family.

If interested in reduction of rent and helping our mom with light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and assistance with caring for her cat, Ziggy. Our mother rarely leaves the house and having someone to visit with and/or share meals from time to time would really help.

Gloria is 88-year-old widow. She has moments where she struggles due to the loss of her husband after 63 years of marriage. For the most part Gloria can take care of herself. She has lost interest in cooking and cleaning. She no longer drives and has no car. She doesn’t use the stove or oven so a roommate willing to share meals with her would be GREAT and we can discuss cost or reduction rent. There are days she may not get dressed but will sit in the living room watching TV and playing solitaire on her iPad.
