Hi everyone! I’m a young professional looking for one more roommate this coming year starting on September 1st, 2022 - September 1st, 2023. I’m EXTREMELY serious about my sobriety, so alcohol and drugs are not and will not be allowed in the apartment. The bedroom that is still available is $424/month. All of the utilities are included except for electricity and Wi-Fi. The apartment is upstairs and located in a peaceful neighborhood in St. Paul, and there’s a bus stop a little bit down the block for anyone who takes Metro Transit! There’s also a parking spot in the back and out front and plenty of street parking. In all honesty, this is as good as it gets in regards to location and pricing in the Twin Cities. ☺️ I also have two very friendly indoor cats named Juno and Girl Cat. There are no pet fees. The other roommate is Emily, and she’s also a very kind and sober young professional! Please message me if you are interested!
