i am currently living in a one bedroom apartment. there is a private room and a living room that ive made into a semi bedroom. it has a futon and a place to store things. im willing to work and negotiate things. rent is $650 a month with water and trash included. so $325 each. gas and electric are not included, they are under my name currently. average cost for the both is about $170 each month. i do have a cat and she keeps to herself. i also have a 7 week pitbul mix puppy.

Im a carefree college student. im very compromising with things. i tend to keep in my room or sit in the living room before bed and watch tv or talk. im starting college and i work full time, so i wont be home to often. would like to meet in person and talk before any final decisions!
