I have a room available in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Walking distance to IUPUI and next to the cafeteria. The apartment has a lot of natural sunlight. Big porch. You will have a separate independent bedroom. No more tenants just two of us. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen are in sharing. Internet included in rent. Gas, water and electricity extra depends on our uses.
